Description:
Work Education has proven to be one of most relevant subject in times when skills are the modern day currency.
Under the guidance of Mr. Chandra Mohan Singh, we organised a highly enriching and productive 2-days Workshop on meal planning and preparations, from 1st September 2022 to 2nd September 2022, for classes 9th and 10th.
Students filled with excitement participated actively in large numbers, preparing a wide variety of delicacies like Bread Sandwich, Paneer Tikka, Cutlets, Pao Bhaji, Paneer Rolls, Cheese Balls, Dhokla, Appam Sandwich, Gulabjamun, Veg Pulao, Kathiroll and Chola Bhatura.
Students also learnt to display the products in an aesthetically pleasing way.
Beyond cooking, the activity also emphasized on ways to cook without fire and any pollution.
