FOR CLASSES NURSERY TO UKG (PRE-PRIMARY SCHOOL)
The school believes in comprehensive and continuous assessment of the
child. The comprehensive evaluation is intended to provide a holistic
profile of the learner through both scholastic and non-scholastic
aspects of education spread over the total span of instructional time
in school.
The academic session is divided into two assessments. A student needs
to appear for first and final assessment throughout the session. The
performance in each assessment contributes to the comprehensive results
evaluated at the end of the session. The marks obtained by any student
will be converted into grades according to the Grade Scale System which
is to be followed by the school. Great emphasis is placed throughout
the session on child’s academic performance in the class.
FOR CLASSES I TO V (JUNIOR SCHOOL)
The scheme for classes I-V is designed on Term Assessment Basis. The
assessment structure and examinations for classes I to V comprises of
two terms i.e. Term I and Term II. In each examination, the portion of
syllabus once covered and assessed will be excluded from assessment for
the remaining term.

FOR CLASSES XI & XII (SENIOR SECONDARY CLASSES)
The students of the Senior Secondary Classes prepare to appear for the
All India Senior School Certificate Examination conducted by the CBSE
at end of class XII.
Class XI
Students of class XI appear for 3 (three) Terminal Examinations in each
subject during the course of the academic session. For the purpose of
gradient learning, in each examination, the portion of syllabus will be
cumulatively covered in the three terminal examinations. The gradually
increasing portion of contents would prepare students acquire
confidence for appearing in the Final Examination with 100% syllabus.
The performance in each examination contributes to the comprehensive
result evaluated at the end of the session. The weightage of each of
these assessments towards the Final Comprehensive Result evaluated at
the end of the academic year is indicated below:
FIRST ASSESSMENT(20%) + SECOND ASSESSMENT(30%) + THIRD ASSESSMENT(50%)
= 100%
Students will be promoted to class XII on the basis of the Final
Comprehensive Result evaluated at the end of the year. A child must
pass in all five subjects in order to be promoted to the next class.
Each subject constitutes a compulsory portion of Internal
Assessment/Project Work/Practical of 20 (Humanities/ Commerce) or 30
(Science) marks. To have been declared Pass, a child must secure
minimum 33% marks in theory and internal assessment/project
work/practical separately in each subject.
