Description:
The Inaugural Installation Event of the Interact Club at Columbus Public School, Rudrapur, which took place on 6th August 2024, was a splendid and unforgettable occasion that signified the commencement of a fresh chapter, focused on service and leadership. Esteemed Rotary officials including Rtn. Anil Joshi, Rtn. Jayprakash Agrawal, Rtn. Nitika Pandey, Rtn. Chanchaljeet Singh and Rtn. Anupriya Arora graced the event, rendering it truly exceptional and meaningful.
The event also enjoyed the presence of the young interactors of the District Team, Itr. Rijjul Madaan, Itr. Sampada Tewari, Itr. Lakshay Goel, Itr. Gauri Gagneja, Itr. Madhav Manoj Khera and Itr. Kanishka Maurya.
The event began with a warm welcome to all attendees, while the opening address by the Club Advisor, Dr. Parvinder Kaur, set the tone for the ceremony, highlighting the club's mission and its significance in fostering the spirit of service and leadership among students.
The most pivotal moment in the event was the Installation of Office Bearers and Directors, followed by the Oath Taking Ceremony. The designated club members were presented with badges and sashes, symbolising their commitment to community service.
The magical dance and music performances elevated the aura of the event. A documentary that weaved the memories and achievements of the previous year was presented, which was truly an emotional moment.
The enlightening words of the Rotarians and the managing director of the school, Mr. Manoj Kumar Khera truly inspired the students to the core.
The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by the Club President, extended to the guests, school management, Club's advisor, teachers and supporting staff for making the event, a grand success.
The Team of 150 Interactors now looks forward to a year full of new opportunities, initiatives and achievements.
