Description:
Columbus Public School organised an Inter-House Basketball competition for classes Vll to Xll for Girls & Boys. The competition was organised on 4th Nov. All four houses played marvellously and with great team spirit. The Basketball Court of Colombus Public School was filled with zeal, excitement, and a frolicsome atmosphere. The matches were conducted on a knockout basis.
The spectators' excitement boosted the participants' performance, as we set up for Inter- House Basketball Tournament played between the four houses. The budding players were beset by various emotions but in the end, they learnt that the game is not only about winning but it is also about knowing how to accept defeat gracefully. It is great to see such enthusiasm and a high level of energy among the students of different age groups. Such events give a good break for students from their hectic school routines.
