Description:
A series of sessions began on the "How to integrate Art during class rooms interactions " in school campus on 18 February 2021. Session started with an interesting ice breaker to create curiosity and enthusiasm amongst teachers. They were divided in different subject groups i.e Hindi ,Science, English, Social Science and Mathematics. To start with Art teacher showed them an art piece and teachers were asked to interpret it as per their subject's perspective.All the groups presented their learning through drawings, poems and verbal explanations etc.These activities helped the teachers to learn the skill to use Art in their subjects during class room interactions. An another activity on 'Nail art' was conducted to understand, how comprehension can be taught during class interactions in languages. Teacher could relate the activity with their respective subjects also.
Every one enjoyed the collaborative strategies and had lot of fun.
All were looking forward to the next session of the series.
