Description: "Light, happiness & Positivity." Diwali, the festival of lights, is celebrated in various regions across India. The name ‘Deepavali’ literally means an "Array of lights". To enable the students understand the importance of Diwali, CPS like every year celebrated the festival in school on 22nd Oct 2022 for Classes 1 to 5. A "Deep Mahotsav" was organised for the students. Teachers explained the importance of Diwali - The festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. Children decorated diyas with colours and glitter. Also, The winners of "Pot Decoration Competition" and "Diya Decoration Competition" were awarded the certificates for their marvellous creativity. Being a responsible human, "Celebrate Diwali with Diyas and say no to crackers" - This special message was given by students. Both Teachers and Students enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.
