Columbus Public School, under the aegis of the Centre of Excellence for Teachers, CBSE Dehradun, organized a one-day Capacity Building Programme on
'Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies.' The workshop was led by Dr. Madhu
Sharma (Principal, Bright Start International Academy, Jaspur) and Dr.
Shwetangana Santram (Principal, Wilsonia Scholar's, Moradabad), who shared
their expertise on modern teaching methodologies and strategies to enhance
student learning outcomes.
The primary aim of the workshop was to equip teachers with innovative pedagogical techniques to improve the learning process for students. Participants
engaged in various practical activities and discussions, gaining valuable tools
to enhance classroom teaching and student performance.
In his opening address, Mr. Manoj Kumar Khera (Managing Director) emphasized the importance of continuous professional development for teachers to
meet global standards. Around 60 participants took part, making the session a
great platform for sharing ideas and improving teaching practices.
This workshop marked a signi cant step towards strengthening the teaching
framework at Columbus Public School, ensuring the provision of high-quality
education in line with CBSE guidelines.
